Senior Wealth Planner (Warsaw)

Ellis Page is seeking a highly experienced Senior Wealth Planner to join our Warsaw office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing individualised financial planning and structuring advice to our ultra-high-net-worth clients. Working closely with our relationship managers and external legal advisors, you will design complex strategies covering estate planning, tax efficiency, and family succession.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical expert on wealth structuring for assigned family office clients.
  • Draft detailed financial plans, cash flow models, and generational wealth transfer strategies.
  • Coordinate with clients' existing tax and legal professionals to ensure alignment across jurisdictions.
  • Monitor changes in Polish and European tax legislation, updating client plans accordingly.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth planning, private banking, or a prominent family office.
  • Professional qualifications in tax or financial planning (e.g., CFA, CFP, or local equivalents).
  • Exceptional knowledge of cross-border tax regulations and European trust structures.
  • Fluency in Polish and English is required; German proficiency is a distinct advantage.

Portfolio Manager (Berlin)

Our Berlin office is expanding, and Ellis Page requires a dedicated Portfolio Manager to oversee discretionary mandates for our multi-family office clients. The successful candidate will construct and manage multi-asset portfolios with a strong emphasis on capital preservation and long-term absolute returns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage specific discretionary portfolios across equities, fixed income, and alternative asset classes.
  • Conduct independent macroeconomic and fundamental research to support asset allocation decisions.
  • Present investment strategies, performance reports, and market outlooks directly to family principals and investment committees.
  • Collaborate with our Warsaw-based analysts to identify mispriced assets in European markets.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of direct portfolio management experience within a family office, private bank, or institutional asset manager.
  • A deep understanding of traditional asset classes, focusing on value-oriented and conservative investment principles (please note we do not allocate to speculative tech or gaming sectors).
  • A master's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; CFA charterholders are preferred.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in German and English.
